I have been so far very impressed with Bangoods commitment to customer satisfaction. At least for RC helicopters their prices are very competitive and their spare parts are reasonable. Shipping as been quick but I would try and avoid combining In stock and ‘Wait 6 to 9 days” in the one order.

i had purchasede a quad racer – the charger was garbage, it only charged one time then broke..the controller was not the one i had ordered.. a few emais back and forth with service and i had a new charger, and they also offered to send a new controller , which i didnt need , it just wasnt the one i ordered. the service was good, they solved my issues.. still very happy with the copter and service, will shop there once again!!

i have shopped at banggood for few years now with excellent service. recently I had a small problem with pcb board, I reported it to banggood and the fix was instant, I was sent a replacement board free of charge; no hassle.keep up the excellent service and prices and I,l keep on buying, thanks again to the team at banggood
Product arrived after 28 work days (It should arrive within 25 workdays). Everything else was excellent, including product quality and price and support.
i try to have a full refund on the same days i have
my order broke and she dont work.
Decent product selection (could be better), sometimes slow to ship, some items take more than 2 months to arrive, customer service as usual could use more English lessons.
Otherwise a pretty good store, they ship world wide and they allow you to write reviews, they actually reward you for it.
My biggest problem is the quality of the products, for example this time i received a defective product, then a replacement which was also defective and finally a refund.
