Had problem with product and they made it correct.
Banggood has some great products on offer. I bought a Teclast X16 Power tablet with keyboard and it is a great buy! They have helped me a lot through their live chat and through email whenever I needed their assistance especially Tony & Sidling. Got the tablet in like a week after I bought it which is really fast considering I bought it near Christmas time. Will be purchasing from them again very soon!!

What a great shop banggood run. Their variety and prices are hard to beat, they give loyalty discounts and the customer service is first rate. I received a broken item and after reporting the problem, the the Customer Service sent me immediately another (working) with no other fees. Shipping very fast from europe.

I bought a tablet, keyboard and stylus on 6th Jan but the keyboard and stylus were out of stock and estimated to be sent out on the 13th. The customer service gave me updates through out this and only once did I have someone who had a hard job undering English. It ended up being sent early on the 8th by free Expedited Shipping and arrived 13th Jan at my address in the UK.
The products arrived in good packaging and all worked fine apart from the stylus, I sent an email to customer services with my issue and they right away offered a full refund for the stylus.
I also then ordered a VR headset by free air mail and it arrived within a week, while an order I made to one of their competitors, has yet to arrive even though I ordered it 2 weeks before.
As such Banggood would be my first choice company for ordering from China.
