Ho comprato un prodotto, che mi è arrivato nei tempi e nei modi stabiliti, perciò tutto benissimo. L’articolo però non mi soddisfaceva al 100%, ma non per difetti o problemi, ma solo perché forse non era l’articolo più azzeccato per le mie esigenze. Nella review ho fatto presente quali secondo me era no i pro e i contro, e Banggood mi ha contattato, offrendomi un rimborso parziale. Onestamente io non avevo chiesto nulla, avevo solo riferito le caratteristiche dell’articolo, perciò non posso fare altro che ringraziare Banggood per l’ennesima dimostrazione di serietà ed affidabilità, e lo dico da cliente con oltre 20 ordini all’attivo.

Cost wise BG products are pretty competitive, however when it comes to customer service, it takes forever for them to solve problems. There is live chat but it’s not really live. Mostly like they communicate via email which takes time the most. The problem is that when they reply you, they don’t add what you have written previously. I highly recommend that they change the system for customers. In the end our problem was solved although you need to be patient with them.
I Ordered a Tablet Phone and the Phone part did not so I reached out to them on their chat line it was actually a 24 hour chat line, and they had me send an email along with the error message I was getting.
I want to personally Thank Tony He worked with me, he helped me choose another tablet and they even gave me a refund because the new tablet I chose was on sale
BangGood is really Banggood in my book and theymake some of these other companies look like Oooops!!
