I had ordered Original XIAOMI 5.1V 2.1A 10000mAh Power Bank For Smartphone on 27 Oct 2015 but didn’t received shipment till December and later i contacted with Bang Good team, surprisingly they not only offered me a refund but also offered re-shipment. I must say no matter who the seller is Bang Good team is simply awesome.
I will update product review once i will receive re-shipment from team.

Banggood is selling real fur marked as “faux fur”. I bought an item, had it tested and it was real fur. This is really upsetting and in no way okay. I asked them to at least change the description on the item, which they first said that they would do, but then they rejected it. I really thought that this was something that only happened in the past – not in 2015!
Shame on you.
I love shopping on Banggood. Fantastic after-sales service, communication is fast and very helpful. I have made several orders from Banggood that proves I love the website and service. Keep it up banggood well done.
I have meanwhile placed close to 100 orders with Banggood (which obviously by itself speaks volumes). Products are typically as advertised, and delivery is usually fast and reliable. Having previously ordered from other Chinese online stores I am in a good position to compare the level of customer service and professionalism. In both respects Banggood is without doubt far ahead of most of its competitors. Banggood’s customer service agents have a good command of English and usually respond within 24 hours. Issues, including “no show” (i.e. items lost during shipping) and transport damage, are typically resolved promptly and to customers’ full satisfaction. Overall, I have no hesitation in recommending Banggood to anyone who considers ordering products directly from China.
I have been ordering from Bangood approximately years. Shipping completion was always 100 % and within stated terms.
In the fall of 2015 i placed and order for a specific item ( Ball Link Pliers) and it was indicated as out of stock. approx. 1 month later it was shipped, but unfortunately the wrong item was shipped. I advised customer service and they apologized profusely and advised me to keep the item as it was not worth the additional return shipping charges. within several weeks I did receive the correct item as ordered. this good act on their part maintained my confidence and in return I have placed several new orders.
BangGood Customer Service is very responsive and very professional.
They do not try to mess with you and will do their best to bring satisfaction.
The only downside is shipping is often very slow and products not always wrapped well enough for good protection during shipping, resulting in items arriving damaged.

Great site. Ive had lots of different product from Banggood and have always been very happy with there price, service and quality. I got a couple of lights from them recently but both were dead on arrival. Banggood asked for a picture and they refunded my money the next day. Great site. Thanks Banggood.

I had ordered some stuff feom Banggood and it was quite fast sent. But not delivered. I had vaited days and weeks without package delivered.
Until I wrote to customer service. Stella (girl for Banggod Customer Service) shows fast and good response. My packages had not meet me, but I got my money back.
