Buying from online China shop for years, and never experience Discrimination like this. My Country Serbia is in the Heart of Europe. But BG ask for any product , no matter how cheep or not that we from Serbia pay more than any other neighboring Country. Even Dispute Territory of Kosovo , China don`t recognized that Separatist territory like independent state, but part of Serbia have free shipping, only Serbia need to pay more ???
I will send mail to China Embassy first, and later to China Official Government to ask What happen here. What is kind of Discrimination allow in China our Strategic partner ??!

The product arrived a bit later then i hoped for (26-27 days after shipping). But the product quality is true the roof! The sound is equal, if not better then my € 90,- bluetooth speaker.

Actually there where two items out of stock in two different orders. I could choose between a refund or swap the items for something else, I choose the last option and they immidiatly made a refund of the money that was left.
Earlier I ordered bicycle water bottle holders wich where delivered in the Netherland in seven days!!!. So overall very good prices, very quick reply, refund and delivery!!!.

The Nine Eagles Galaxy II is the best quadcopter I have ever bought and flown. The package when it arrived is the most complete package I have ever bougt.. Everything you need is in the box, even down to a screw-driver !! It flies as I would expect but does more. It features HEADING LOCK and RETURN to HOME both at the touch of a button and is designed to get you out of a tough spot if you ever get disoriented ! Customer Service tops also in my opeinion..Fast Reply..Good to have such a service.. All in all a great product with which I am well pleased, onboard camera is certainly HD…. Buy with confidence at Banggood !!!!!
Time to give a review on my Nine Eagles Galaxy II Quadcopter..I can say without doubt that this is the most complete package I have ever bought ! Everything you would ever need to fly this quad is supplied in the box! Even a USB Card Reader, Batteries for Transmitter, Battery for Quadcopter, a USB Charger with cable, spare props and even a screwdriver..How complete is that Oh forgot, a Micro SD 2gb card for onboard Camera. The package when it arrives is a picture..so well packed as it comes in a tailered Cardboard carrying case which I used to transport around in car…
Now for the works..Supplied with beautifull white transmitter, usual two sticks with throttle and rudder on left. White button top left and right on tranny and behind those are black button left which switches on and off video camera and right which is used to take single frame photos..Tried both and the quality is certainly HD as far as I am concerned.Best video and photos I’ve ever taken.
I’ve flown a few quads and tricopters and it was easy for me to at home right away.. Does all a quad should do but I especialy like the HEADING HOLD which is activated by pressing left white button and means if the quad rotates for some reason it always still operates as if front is always front, so this feature alone can get you out of a tight spot! But what about RTH or Return to HOME? Great feature ! It is easy to get disoriented if you fly at a distance but no worries again just press the left white button and back she comes. Oh again I did’nt mention the excellent manual also supplied which you would need to read throught to be fully aware of all operations…Now some people are reporting slight problems with RTH as I did also at first but it can always be solved by re-calibrating transmitter and there are various ways to this as well as good internet videos covering this..
All in all I am completely satisfied with my purchase and also with the quick response from customer service department ..Thanks…Poppy for your help..

I have recently ordered a Quadcopter from Banggood and I made a small mistake while ordering. I posted my query on their forum and they promptly replied to it. I was immediately refunded for the wrong order. When I received the product I noticed that the box was pretty huge and the the packing was decent enough to sustain any kind of bumps and dents. So my overall experience with Banggood was great and I will keep ordering from them.
I always prefer do online shopping. This is the 1st time make a deal with Banggood. UNFORTUNATELY it make me dissapointed and very bad experience. Order place on March 14 with extra pay for fast delivery within 3-6 business day.Until today not yet receive.
1st email sent on 25 March , and get replied with stated wrong zip code. I ask for resend and until today (1st April) they still ask me would like to get refund with reduct shipping charge.I refuse to refund and would like to get my purchase item deliver to me. The person who replied me the email change from Hanu to Rain still ask the same question.
With the same address same zip code, Amazon, Ebay, Groupon, part4ipod and many online shopping site can deliver to me. Why Banggood CANNOT ? Need to name it BANGBAD already.

Ordered and received Sterling Engine which promptly melted and is m no longer functioning. Also ordered and received salt water powered car with no instructions for use or assembly and none available. Customer service keeps asking for more data but has done nothing to rectify the problem.
