The service was great!
I wrote an email complaining about a defective receiver, I really received good technical advice what else to test, including a digital version of the manual. The person from their support really seemed to understand the problem and gave advice that made a lot of sense.
Unfortunately the component could not be revived/fixed and I will receive a replacement.
Thanks for that! I will stay a good customer of banggood!

Once again i am asked to express my point of view on Bangood…..
I Passed the 200 orders in this year and my satisfaction is at the top.
Of course it has happened that some items were not as they were supposed to be,just three times…..but in those cases i felt like having a warranty,but one which worked despite the distance between Italy and China……
I had the item refunded or changed…as I chose.
The other two things that are important for me are shipping time(and cost of it) and the human factor…..
Both are very good or more…..
I know it seems all arranged but is not.
So ,to end….I find my shop(sometimes I buy somewhere else if item is out of stock,people at bangood are very honest about it,and it happened they told me to buy somewhere else cause refurbishing was not in sight…)but Bangood is the place where I am comfortable to buy 100% …….or more!
