I ordered several different Chinese websites, but banggood is by far the most complete and interesting.
Moreover, their after sales service is just top notch, and the contact persons are very competent.
On my last order one item was missing. I contact the after sales, and they directly told me that they will send the item as soon as possible.

Más que satisfecho con el trato recibido. Tras tener un problema con la tablet me puse en contacto con ellos y me la cambiaron por una nueva haciéndose cargo de los gastos de envió de la misma.Un 10 para el servicio técnico y otro 10 por la comunicación con el proveedor.
Banggood’s customer service is top notch, I’ve purchased several items from Banggood in the last year and have had only two issues that were handled with great professionalism and concern to make sure I was satisfied which I am! I will continue making purchases with them and highly recommend them!
One of the items proved to be defective, I contacted Bangood customer service and they agreed to send me a new one.
I bought several times in this shop and I am satified with almost everything. I had a problem in my last order with a defective article. They very kindly told me that they will resend me another new one and in fact they did it but the new one was in a bad condition as well… so I haven´t got the article as I would like it.

I shop here for the low prices first, but it is very gratifying to know that if something should go wrong, which is rare, BangGood will try their utmost to put it right, by replacing a faulty item or by offering compensation if that is a more suitable solution.

This so far one of the best RC site, specially the after sales and support services they do provide is outstanding.
I LOVE this lazy bed ipad holder. It is so easy to set up and work. I had gotten one from ebay but the clip that fastened to the desk was so tight that I had an awful time getting on and wrenched my erist doing it. Then once you got it on, I could not move it without help. This one is just as strong but mamuevers mudh easier. Itis also good looking. Ican’t go on enough about how pleased I am with this item.
