I had a problem with the product I bought but this was not the fault of Banggood and they tried to be as helpful as they could. Always a good test of a company how they respond when things go wrong. Good outcome in the end.

I purchased a FQ 777-124 nano drone from Banggood, it arrived with a faulty part, but they were so helpful and replaced the part very quickly and made sure that there were no other problems with my order. At all times were very concerned that I was happy with the outcome. I find them one of the best sites for pre and aftersales assistance. In particular with RC vehicles.
