I recently ordered a S1 Baton flashlight from Banggood which started to malfunction shortly after I received it. I e-mailed Banggood customer service who asked for a video of the flashlight malfunction. Within a week of my initial e-mail, a replacement flashlight was on its way to me. No fuss; no need to return the broken flashlight. Great service. They’ve earned my business.

Много информации о товаре, о способах сотрудничества. Продуманная система скидок и бонусов. Товар качественный, барахла практически нет. Заказы собираются и отправляются быстро. Любой возникающий вопрос не остаётся без внимания. С одним из заказов возникла проблема не по вине продавца. Но … Магазин пошёл навстречу и бесплатно, выслал деталь для ремонта испорченной вещи!
