Within the last months I have been in contact with Banggood service-center around different problems and always got a fast response and in all the cases, also got a acceptable solution, immediately refund for defect parts, help getting parcels through Guangzhou Terminal, kicking the right person or place 🙂 (had one parcel bouncing around for 18 days at the terminal), so for me, it has always been at perfect and quick service.
About the quality of the goods, I will say: They are cheap and as and example: LED-strips less than 1$/meter IS VERY cheap and at that price I accept those few defects LEDs, just cut out the failing section 🙂
I think Banggood is only a trading-company and the goods they are selling comes from a variety of producers and failing goods is actual those producers problems.

I ordered a GW007-1 Quadcopter and received it few days before Christmas and found a problem.
The service from Banggood about the problem has been perfect as described below.
The first thing I recognized when I unpacked the GW007 was the connection to the camera had cut the red wire from the camera so it was just pointing into the air. I contacted Banggood about that problem and was advised to get it repaired.
Now I’m an old electronic engineer so I decided to do the repair myself, but when I opened the camera I saw someone had been playing with a solder-ion without knowing how to use that at all. What I saw was a mess with solder allover the wires, trying to solder the wires to a connector where there should have been a jack.
I returned to Banggood with pictures of what I had found and short after i got a mail where I was offered a new camera and some points as consolation. So thanks to Banggood, good and quick service.

I’ve just purchased Eachine EC250 Racer Drone RTF, it took less than 1 month to arrive.
At the arrival, I found a problem with arming procedure and their customer service respond me within a couple days.
Yet, they offer to send me a replacement part which is damaged during the delivery.
This is a very good online store I’ve ever found on the internet.
