The range of different products they offer is huge. And for the price you don’t need to look futher on the net. They deliver excellent quality and almost every time the item is shipped fast. I have used Banggood over the past year, and overall I am very happy with their service, the range of products, pricing, as well the service support.
I have had more than 20 orders with Banggood and I have not been unhappy with any of the products received, obviously I also do a lot of homework before my purchase.
The site is well organized, and I really enjoy flash deals, as well as the snap up deals. The latter is very difficult to win anything, but I did once manage to snap up a less popular product (a solar charger). I wish that the snap up process would involve selecting the first 100 customers and then randomize between them for the product. This way it would even out chances for those not close to the website server and slower connections to also stand a chance.
Delivery of products do take long to my country (months), but this is not Banggood’s fault as I can track my orders. The delay is mostly due to customs and the postal services in my country.
If Banggood cannot supply a product, they will timely inform me and suggest alternatives.
Recently I ordered an item for my car (HID Xenon light). The product came without some of the necessary pieces (ballasts). I wrote to customer service whom immediately helped me with the problem, promising me to replace the order promptly!
Overall I am very happy with Banggood, and would recommend anybody to take a look at their site and products

I have used Banggood a number of times now, and have been very impressed with the product quality and exceptionally low prices. Delivery times to UK can be as much as 3 weeks, but that is a small price to pay. Their Customer Service has always responded to questions well within 24 hours, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Put an order in for my son Christmas, and was told it wasn’t going to be in on Jan 6, 2016.
I sent AN e-mail, informing them that it was for
Christmas and was told not to worry it would be here for Christmas. You see I haven’t seen my son in three years ago when he came home when my dad passed.
I got 2 defective items, after a couple of mail they agreed to resend the items.. great

I have bought several things from Banggood now. Always have good service although standard post to UK can take 3 weeks so be patient. My last order did not arrive after 40 days so Banggood agreed to give me a refund. What’s not to like!
