I got in a order from 4 led aray 1 empty bag, fabric new-fully closed but empty.
I make a picture and BG replace it without problems.
So good service.
I had in the last few years several problems with devective parts, but BG always try to give best solution.
And people must realice that if there order is messed up it is the fault off the suppliers from BG and not BG self.
Where humans work will happen mistakes.
How the mistakes will be solved is the isseu 🙂

if you got a problem with a defective product for as long as the unit is really defective i got no sweat with a refund. BangGood also cares for you! They understand it’s your hard earned money you deserve a good service.

My order arrived to me in a good time, but there missing one part in the bundle.
So I sent a mail to Banggood and in one day the matter was corriged. They send me the missing part.

Good company, support is always polite and tries to help. I ordered a lot. Problems with delivery was very small and they are all solved. Prices are adequate. Impressions of the store positive.
Banggood has always served me well. Most of their products have very thorough descriptions, with many images and specifications presented right on the product page. In one case, a product has a typographical error in the manual, and the product description had a large, clear notification about it in the description. That saved me from burning a circuit board.
On my most recent order, an issue with stocking caused a delay, and Banggood wasted no time in letting me know and working with me to find a new solution. Their customer service team is very courteous and straightforward, and their messages to me were prompt. I look forward to shopping with them in the future.

I had polish that was just too thick. I contacted the company and they got it replaced. I can’t thank them enough.
My order was supposed to be shipped within 6-9 business days but was mistakenly shipped for 7-20 business days. I was refunded for the extra shipping I paid for. The Customer Service Member was very friendly and helpful to me.
