I bought the Ultrafire cree xml T6 1600 lumen

Shipping does take a while but all the products arrived and in the case of one item being damaged it was replaced. Great service.

After some miscommunication we sent our broken tablet back without a track and trace code. After three months BangGood promised to send us a replacement. Why it took so long is not clear. However, we were surprised to hear from them by sending a new tablet. So far so good…
Hopefully we will receive the new tablet soon.
I have had quite a lot from banggood now and i have no complaints what so ever. I have found the customer service excellent, the delivery time excellent, the packaging excellent, buying items is so easy and the products are great. when i have had to contact for whatever reason i have found them to be very efficient, helpful and always deal with the problem, if any, and very eager to please.
I buy most of my products from banggood and will continue in doing so.
