Very good service – shipping takes sometimes longer, sometimes faster (same shipment method) but that´s not BG´s fault. Products seems and feels from good quality. Service is very good but i think the respons time could be a little bit be faster.
Excellent products and excellent service, just a little slow on shipping due to customs and Christmas time. Still, the two guitar effects pedals I bought are VERY good, great sounding and I am well pleased.

I bought some items from banggood, as i have done many times before, but my product did not arrive, after contacting banggood, they sent me a link showing me that my item had reached my country, som i contacted my postal office 3 times, but they could not see the package, it had never entered their system, contacted banggood “piper” in customer support, and he offered me to refund or resend my item, which made me very happy, because i need the items, from the order, so thank you banggood and “piper” for the very excellent customer service / support fast reply, and fast solution.
dont hesitate to buy from banggood things there are very cheap, they send very quickly, and their support are the best marry christmas for all.

I ordered many things from there and everything went smooth. I chosed banggood, because of low prices and polish pln payment ability. Of course not every item is perfect, but customer service is trying hard to please every customer. I am definitely going to buy something from there again.

Ich habe nun über 100 Käufe bei BangGood gemacht und bin sehr zufrieden. Die kostenlose Lieferung bezahlt man mit langer Lieferzeit, aber wer es schneller will muss halt einen Aufpreis zahlen.
Bei Reklamationen ist BangGood immer sehr entgegenkommend, es gibt Ersatzlieferungen oder Geld zurück, bisher wurde bei mir keine begründete Reklamation abgelehnt.
Kommunikationssprache ist Englisch.

Banggood is my best find in the past year. They offer great products at low prices and high quality service. In case of problems, as I have, you do not for a minute do not leave unattended. My posting was delayed through the fault of Swiss Post, but banggood took all the steps that I was satisfied. In another case, when the courier company demanded additional payment for the shipping, Banggood paid these costs. Wow, such a service does not exist anywhere.
