I changed idea about my order cause I discovered I’d receive it as a Xmas gift, so I cancelled my order and within a business day I was refunded on my PayPal account.

Hi, I am using Banggood to order electronics, except for one package everything arrived. For the package which did not arrive I received 100% refund.
Great shop, buy there RC models and spares, price in this category is lower than in many stores, and some of the cheapest. There were a lot of orders, everything always came once the order for multiple items lacked the same product, the store it had been sent. With confidence buy there, if there are defects, but this is the problem, rather the brand, the store always meets, send spare parts. The speed of delivery, almost always fit in time.

Excellent service, order was renewed when original was lost in Portugal. Tracking terminated in customs! The blue laser supply board has been damaged during transport. BangGood replied very quickly to my support request and proposed a solution to replace the broken part !
Violet laser was rated “burning”. I didn’t trust it until running it on black plastic parts. It’s absolute truth !
