I bought a tablet pc. All as expected, but after 2 weeks it stopped working and it is the moment where I liked bonggood support services even more. They gave me instructions but nothing helped. As a result they gave me the address for returns and asked to send the tablet back to them. I’ve sent the tablet and they sent to me new one while my was still in transit. Shipping cost was refunded. I have to say that it is a rare case when sellers from China do so excellent aftersale support and so carefull with customers. Entirelly I’m very satisfied with Banggood services.
