After having some issues with a replacement motor on the WL Toys V930, Burt was able to resolve the issue in an extremely quick and thorough manner. The helicopter is up and flying, and haven’t had any other issues. I have only used and will continue to purchase my items from BangGood.com.
I have received the ordered watch, but that watch did not fulfill my expectations, and I was little disappointed.
I have written a negative review to the customer support of that watch, and after that, I was contacted and offered to chose beetwen resending the same, or to choose another one and pay difference of price (if it is more expensive), and to keep watch which I’ve got. I’ve choosen another one, payed the diference and now I’am waiting to get another watch.
The communication was quickly, and profesional.
