good service .I get broken material and money refunded
One of the best online shops I recently found. Overall quality of the products is good, price is sometimes high but in general is moderate compared with other shops. Shipping costs are free without tracking number unless you order more than $25 but you have other interesting options of shipping depending of your country. I have never had any problem with after sales support, I always received a response in about 24 hours or less most of the time in a satisfactory manner. I have notice that they starting to protect better their products before shipping, sometimes they arrive cracked or crushed but lately I received some delicate products in carton box not just a plastic envelope. Anyway, it seems that Banggood want to do things better, they are improving and I am satisfied with their service. I recommend it.

Banggood turned out to be the biggest online shopping discovery of this year for me. Extremely low prices, very wide selection of products, relatively fast shipping, considering that the packages are being sent from China. Customer support is very responsive and willing to help. DOA/broken items are quickly shipped or refunded after you provide their customer support with a photo or a video of the problem.
Some small negatives are that the product descriptions are not always clear and in at least a couple of cases for me their customer support was not fully aware of the features of the product being sold and how to resolve technical issues with the product. Fortunately, this happened only a couple of times out of several dozen of orders I’ve placed.
Overall, very good experience. Placed many more orders on Banggood this year than on Amazon π Will definitely shop there again.

I shop a lot with Banggood. Good shippingtime en very good to fair prices. The last toy I got is a Teclast X98 pro dual boot tablet. Wonderfull brilliant tablet. Good speed, great display but limited batterylife (though enough)
They tested the device and set it to US settings before shipping. There was a small scratch on the casing and they took responsebility and compensated me within a few days.
