Customer Service is top notch. I had a couple of defects with the RC quadcopter remote control and charger and Banggood sent me the replacement right away.

I placed this order aways back and didn’t use them right away, when I was ready to use them (V912 motors) I found out they sent the motors for a V913. I got in touch with Banggood service and they took care of the problem right away and gave my account a credit.This is not the first time, I had Battery lost in the mail and they did the same thing. The one thing to remember is to keep the # sticker on the part. Banggood sales and service has been great. Pete
Llevo bastante tiempo comprando en Bangoo, y he de decir que me sigue sorprendiendo la seriedad y profesionalidad que demuestan, con un servicio de atención post-venta, de reembolso y reenvío funcionan de forma excepcional.
Compre una pantalla FPV para mi multirotor y llego rota, aunque estaba perfectamente embalada. Se ofrecieron a reembolsarme el dinero, o enviarme otra sin ningún coste. Todo ello sin tener que reenviarles la rota.
Solo recalcar que Bangoo es una gran tienda OnLine con excelentes profesionales, con precios en general muy ajustados, y totalmente recomendable.

Banggood is my favourite shop for Racing Quadcopter parts. The pruducts are all very cheap and good quality and if something goes wrong you can contact the customer service and the will offer a solution within 24 hours and are very friendly and helpful. the fastest shipping i have had were 10 days from China to Germany- the longest 3 weeks and thats ok too. For me it is the perfekt Shop
