I’ve been shopping at those Asian online shops several years but latest, Banggood it’s getting my favorite, with items not found on others, good qualities for those prices and a perfect customer service. The last shipment only takes two weeks. I had found it looking for some car led bulbs and finally replace all of my house lights. It’s the only online shop with a huge catalog of led lights and very cheap.
After 20 days my v911-1 has arrived to me 🙂 It is a little be long but you have to expect this when you do your order. Helicopter was nice pack and battery is well. But… when try to fly first time my heli was spinning around 🙁 tried several times with different battery and always was the same…. I reported to customer service. After a few emails with nice guy – they decide to sent my another one so I am very happy with them… I have to wait again but problem is sort it out. And I can say I will have some parts to exchange in the future 🙂 Very happy
I am fairly new to online shopping in general and Chinese stores in particular, but over the last couple of years when I have purchased tablets, smartphones and various gadgets from China, Banggod has distinguished itself, in my experience for:
– delivering consistently good service, both pre-sales and after-sales and even getting better over time,
– having competitive prices in general, often beating the competition,
– investing in the proper and generally timely communication with its clients.
Almost 90% of the time I find someone to speak with on chat, who is a fair/good english speaker, I get specific answers to my questions, attention is paid to my requests and I may often get follow-up information via e-mail in timely manner.
Shipping times have also been really good so far.
Most importantly though, I have never had an issue with the product sent (they sell original, new products), if the product is out of availability I will be immediately informed and in a couple of cases of faulty minor products refund was offered swiftly and with no evasion.
Other Chinese stores “shine” a little to create a customer base and then deteriorate sharply, but Banggood is not one of them; Banggood’s policies indicate that it is here to stay and that it is striving to provide even better service.
If I were to recommend one Chinese e-store, that would be Banggood.
I ordered 28-10-2015 a jacket. I received it on time. Good quality. One problem. The jacket was not waterproof as advertised.
Banggood paid me a partial refund. No problem.

I had a minor problem with a fairly complex order. I received an item I didn’t order in place of one I did. I contacted their customer service and they asked if I would like a refund on the original part or if I would like it shipped. I chose to have it ship. They never mentioned the wrong part I received, which was way more expensive the the one I ordered! The entire resolution process was completed in 48 hours. I can accept problems when the resolution is as easy and pain free as this was. Plus, as everyone already knows, their pricing is fantastic and delivery is super fast. Way to go, BangGood!
Always cheap and fast shipping . It can also be more with discount coupon . definitely a trusted site. They sent me a piece of bi corrupted but data sent by e- mail news instantly new again. in short, one of the few sites.
I purchased four motors unfortunately one of them was missing a gear. I was immediately given the option of a refund or store credit
