I have made more than 100 orders from banggood without any issue and with the cheapest prices. I accidently ordered the wrong sized pants, I sent an email to the customer service asking if it was possible to change it to the correct size. Just a few hours later I got an email saying that it had all been taken care of, no problem at all. Now thats what I call great customer support!
