I have been pleased with the items i purchased from Banggood. Recently I had an item arrive defective and after a few emails they politely refunded my purchase. I left that exchange feeling even more confident with this retailer. Based on my experience so far, I would recommend them.

Ihave only got positive expirience with Banggood, they have allways been there for me, and fast, not like the most shops, where there goes 3-4 days before you get an answer, but her in banggood, I ALLWAYS got my answer the same or the next day (I live in denmark, so day after, is actually the same day, ) and my problem is ALLWAYS been solved, so my recomandation is, SHOP IN BANGGOOD, you will not regret it….

I made several banggood to buy and I have never had trouble. there is a lot of choice and that is cheap and most of the time the shipping costs are free.

I would recommend banggood.com! I’m from Hungary, I’ve purchased many times from them and I’m always satisfied. Fast shipping, low prices, large selection.. They also have a big warehouse in European Union, not only in China. Items are a bit expensive in the EU warehouse, but it’s because the tax, I guess. If you have time, you can order items from China. Shipping can take longer, but the items are cheaper. Overall, I can tell, that banggood is a reliable online store.
One time my DashCam went wrong after few weeks and they sent me a completely new one. If you have a problem with the package or item, just contact with they customer service and they will solve it, as a last resort you will get your money back.
