I ordered a ZMR 250 frame and parts. Their prices were the lowest and free shipping mad a good deal even better. There was a mix-up with some of the parts count in one item and the customer service was quick to correct the error and reship the items at no cost to me. I recommend shopping there 100%.
First of all, Banggood offers a wide range of electronics. Especially in the “Hobby” section where RC parts for DIY quadcopters can be found. The catalog updates almost daily even with Pre-sales products. Customer service is responsive. They usually reply within 24 hours except weekends or holidays. I’ve had a missing parcel before and they generously refunded me in full according to their policy. Highly recommended.
I ordered quite a bunch of stuff from banggood, and so far i’m very satisfied with the service. Once i received a broken smartphone case and i got refund, i sent a video and the process was quite easy. And another time i bought rc copters, they took quite a while to come and with the wrong charger so i couldn’t test them. So I ordered directly from EU (I live in Belgium) another charger that they have refund for the trouble. So great service, Order from Banggood it is better in my opinion that some other express site.. π
