I’ve made over 70 purchases from Banggood. Their prices are always very competitive on a huge range of goods. Unlike some other online shops I’ve tried, they reply promptly to emails (usually with 24hrs) and their staff are good communicators. Orders are also processed a lot quicker than some other sites. Free shipping saves me a lot of money – just remember it is free, and it can take a little longer for orders to arrive – if you want the goods faster, just upgrade to paid shipping during checkout! I buy a lot online and Banngood is my ‘go to’ store.

the package contained only one piece instead of the 10 sold, they proposed to send me another complete package.

The eachine h8 sucks. I bought it and it almost instantly stopped working, one of the motors failed.
I received a new one from the costumer service, kudos for that, but the new quadcopter also broke after a few times of flying.
It’s sad, since it is a great little thing when it’s working but because the motors are of such a bad quality I don’t recommend buying it.

After i make an order i change my mind and want to switch to another item. There was perfect communication with customer support who send me an information about new item and payment instruction using PayPal. After payment of the price difference the new item was sent same day. I wish every company has this kind of customer care!
