I purchased a smartwatch and after a few months the microphone stopped working.
I’ve contacted the customer service and with their support, I’ve made a few tests
to the microphone but with no success in the repair of the micro.
The customer service in 15 days replaced the smartwatch and no cost and didn’t ask for the damaged to be returned.
Excellent company to buy and an excellent after sale customer service.

Banggood.com in my opinion is one of the best on line shop in whole web. First of all the prices are on low level. I think they have the lowest prices that you can find. The service is very clear and its easy to find interesting staff. I like especially Phones-Tablets and general lighting for house and I found them in unbeatable price. Maybe the standard free shipping sometimes is too long but generally shipping is on time or quicker. Customers service is very good. Even if your standard shipping packed missed they have solution for you and the contact is quick and professional.Highly recommended.

I think for the low prices and free shipping you can’t beat this site. Banggood has a very wide range of products, especially in the RC segment. The customer service is also very kind and fast responding. I recently recieved a wrong product with my order and got a refund without any problems after I contacted Banggood.

Great Service. Fast Shipping and very prompt to act on complaints. Highly recommended! My only complain is that when you order a number of items, they will have to ship them by 3 or 4 four batches which means I have to pay 3 to 4 times to our local post office.
