To be honest, I was a bit sceptical of ordering from the other side of the world, but my experience with Banggood has been fantastic. Their prices are unbelievable and they seem to sell something for everyone. I’m into rc quad copters and they have a great range and plenty of parts. To date I’ve received all my orders without any bothers. You might have to wait two to three weeks but well worth it. My only negative point was that I bought a £10.00 quad (which was for nothing really) that only flew in headless mode and this was not in the product description, but Banggood were very helpful and understandable and refunded me. So their after sails also gets a big thumbs up.

The quickest I have received an order yet. One small problem was immediately and effectively resolved. Fantastic service highly recommended.
After buying for some time, fist time product wasn’t exactly as advertised. After few good support e-mails they refunded purchased value.
Until now, never any issues either with delivery or product quality. What was advertised, I got it – even sooner then promised. Now I know they deal the same professional way in case something is wrong. One of my fav shops; will be buying here in future for sure.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY…..be wary to buy from this company, items are not sent and they avoid paying refunds..Been chasing my goods or refund for (17 July 2015) 3 months and still ongoing!

For the order 7347189 you have not received, we refunded you AU$36.21 on 9th September. It is credit card refund and will take about 2-3 weeks to receive the refund. Please go to your local issuer bank to check the refund if you have not received the refund up to now. The credit card refund time depends on the issuer bank.

I ordered it without tracking. It lost somewhere. They sent me a new item with tracking at their own expense. Items arrived fast. Everything is fine.

I have bought a lot of stuff from banggood, but on on of my orders i received a defective mini drone, one of the motors was not spinning, i posted a review stating this, didnt even contacted the Banggood support team, after the review they contacted and requested more information about the problem, and i got a replacement part (i am still waiting for it to arrive) but is good that you dont actually have to send them an email to receive support, also i made another order and by mistake i ordered the wrong part, even though it was my fault they offered me return the order and thy can resend the thing i wanted to order, thats nice!
I buy a lot of stuff from Banggood. I have had a few problems with items, but they have always taken care of it to my satisfaction. Their customer service is good and Caircy has been exceptionally pleasant to deal with. I continually do business with them and have absolutely no reservations.
this order took over 6 weeks to arrive but customer services were ready to re-fund replace immediately 1st class response as always
I made a big order for multirotor parts, fpv parts. Everything was packed good and nothing was broken.
Anyway, sometimes I get not working parts, Banggood team refunds it totally or partially.
So I’m totally satisfied with their work.
