Customer Service is non exsistant. If you get someone by email, they will tell you to some rediculus things to return…ie, take a picture of the item or package and send it to them. I asked to return items that were mis-sized an they told me to return it – but no address or shipping instructions! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Had some issue with ordered item. It is not exactly as shows in description.

I purchase many Items from Banggood.com and I never had an issue , great service and quality , then I ordered a premium starter Kit from Aspire , it is basically an E -cigarette if you don’t know .
After ! month of use the battery died , started to fail and does not last more than 3 minutes of use I put my complain and Banggood customer service requested a video , I did the video , they double checked the failure and right away they gave me a replacement unit , this is what you expect from a serious company , first issue and it was resolved quickly and always thinking in my satisfaction , totally recommended to purchase from Banggood.com.
Good prices, helpfull and quick customer service
As a first time user of bang good I was apprehensive. I purchased a small electronics kit and waited a couple of weeks for it to arrive. There was a problem with my local post office and the goods were not received. Bang good not only responded immediately to my query but delivered a replacement product at their expense and without me asking. This is quality service and i am definitely going to continue using their service. Excellent work guys..!

Received my product which was faulty. I contacted Banggood by e-mail and I was sent a replacement immediately which is working perfectly.
