i dont know what happened with your order, i d like to hear the whole story, both sides, i m a regular customer there, never had issues with their products or their services. they are honest to what they sell, and trust me after hours of research for prices and quality, their prices are still the best. unless you want to buy wholesale beads, that there are other stores for that, the place is a top selling one. they can even find you things they dont list in their catalog and at the best possible price.
I placed order on 6th June, until today the shipment is still in the “SHIP”! The customer service cannot help much, keep asking me to place another order or pay additional in order for them to resend. The fact is it is overdue, their fault why ask me to pay? They offer free shipping in order to attract buyers but in the end if things screwed up, they don’t bother. I would strongly advise buyers out there do not take the free shipping. Their price is not low anyway, there are other better options.
