My daughter ordered a dress in dark navy blue,.When it arrived, it was not the same color as described?.
I tried to resolve it, and was told they would not accept a return and not issue a refund because the color was not correct’. They actually told me in an email that their policy states they have a right to not allow a return simply because they don’t want to/. She never wore the dress, and now she is out over &130 simply because they have the policy and say no,.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!I have tried going thru PayPal as well to get a refund, but not working there either.

Ordered two dresses from this website. Manufacturer is in China. Ordered size 6 dresses – but top is much smaller than a size 6. Color of the second dress not what was on the site. Web reply to my request to return was. basically they cannot accept returns without their approval and authorization – as in don’t bother. Email replies to my request for returns was hard to understand “Chinglish”. Message was clear though. I caused the problem. I had no proof it was wrong. My problem.
Do NOT order from this website unless you know exactly what you are getting into. It is not like working with an American retailer!!!

I ordered a wedding dress from tidebuy.com and emailed to cancel my order within the 24-48 hour time period. According to their cancellation policy, I was subject to a 40% refund of the total cost of the dress/.
They claimed they never received my cancellation email, even though all my other email correspondence they did receive/.After three weeks of back and forth emails, they sent me a link for a discount and said they would not refund my money because they never received my cancellation order.

I ordered a dress from tidebuy ..3 months later after many emails and excuses from them them the dress finally arrived.it was the worst piece of garbage I have ever seen, bits of rags sewn together.half the stitching missing….. Puckering …..tacking to hold bits of the dress up ….sizing all wrong.
I sent them many pictures which they said they couldn’t download ..then they said the dress was beautiful ,that I should ask my dress maker to adjust SMALL faults. in the end they would not reply to my emails . DON’T BUY IT’S A SCAM.
I ordered these pink stello heels . the picture didn’t match at all what i got which was exposed seams visible glue and overall $#*!ty quality . i sent them pictures and consistently contacted them and all they would say was that it was ” beautiful pair of shoes ” that if i didn’t like the exposed seams i could take it to get fixed at a seamstress what a $#*!ing rip off. i have never had such horrible customer service.
In September 2012 I order a lace front wig from Tidebuy.com due to the selection and prices they listed.
By mid October, I inquired into the status of my order because I received no information other than the initial status that it was being shipped.
By the end of October, I informed Tidebuy to refund my money due to no product received. I also stated how unprofessional it was that any correspondence between myself and this company was always initiated by me.
By the second week in November I finally received a product…IT WAS HORRIBLE and definitely not as advertised. It looked as if a child had crafted the wig, the color was completely wrong, the style was wrong, the type of hair was not as ordered, and there were gray hairs so prominent that they outshines the actual color of the wig itself. Obviously I took pictures, contacted Tidebuy, and asked for a refund once this product was returned.
It is now December and I still have this poor excuse for a wig and tidebuy is still claiming to not understand the issue. I have sent over 20 pictures, and have called and written this “company” to have this situation resolvd and have been getting the runaround since November.
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!
made recent order two dresses which have provided measurement done by lady tailor. the measurement 32 Bust 24 waist and 32 hips. these measurement I have always given to tidebuy in many previous orders in the past way over $3000 which I never had probems. This time when dresses arrived it was too small by 4 inches so I tried to put them on ! was impossible to zip up. I notified tidebuy immediately, took pictures and sent to tidebuy they were 28 bust and 28 hips again there answer is to see a tailor to follow there way to measure.
I purchased a graduation dress last May. It arrived in time but it was shipped via courier which carried additional handling charges and then custom duties which equalled 38 dollars , over 25% of the cost of the dress. So count on your dress costing you more before you put it unless on you live in China! The dress was shipped in a packing envelope not a box! This was the first clue this was a going to be a piece of JUNK. The dress material was cheap , style remotely resembled the one I picked and workmanship extremely poor quality. There was no question this was a RIPOFF!!! Then the real ripoff experience began trying to get a refund as they advertised. Contacting Tidebuy is difficult, they are not international !!! Very difficult to understand if you can manage to speak to someone, They wanted pictures of me wearing the dress and showing the problems, then they suggested I get it adjusted:. It was not worth putting a stich into?. I sent pictures and waited and waited and sent emails;. Contacted PAYPAL, this helped to get communication going and an authorization to send it back!. It cost me 53 dollars to ship it back and this was the cheapest method!!! Three months for them to get it and we have no response,. Emails are ignored, phone calls are answered in by Chinese with little knowledge of English/. This has been the worst internet shopping experience?. STAY AWAY FROM TIDEBUY!!! I will update when this gets resolved but I have already spent more time and money than I paid for the dress to get a refund.
Tidebuy is such fraud! Don’t ever order from them! They sent me a cheap quality substitute for the duvet I ordered and then customer service made me send pictures and tried to tell me it was the same duvet. It didn’t even have the same kind of flowers on it! I sent several emails and had an online chat with a customer service rep. (who argued with me). They tried to tell me it just had a little more green on it than what I ordered! The one I ordered was white with lilies on it and the one I received was mostly green with some ugly orchid-poppy looking flower on it that looked like an alien head! This was my first and last time ordering from any Chinese company.
Avoid at all costs i orderd three things one costing over £1oo after tax then you try getting a refund it is just not happening my dress is all over the place the hem is up and down, I cant even get it fixed because it will be to short. they offerd 50% refund and by the time I send it back it will still have cost me over £100 pounds SO DONT DO IT!!!!! Beware
I purchased a dress through Tidebuy.what a nightmare. The dress did not arrive in time for what it was need for and returning it was awful. It cost me quite a bit to mail it back to China. Their response to me was that I would not get a refund, but I could pay shipping to have it re-shipped to me..What! I don’t want or need the dress NOW.. The prom is over! Tidebuy refuses to refund my $126.00.
Sorry my experience with this company was sooooo unpleasant. We are not a rich family and my granddaughter worked and saved to purchase this dress. She is only 14 and had experienced her first dissapointment with online buying..Please do not buy from Tidebuy.
I ordered my wedding dress that finally came a mere month before my wedding. This must be a joke. The sizing is off. The shoulder straps are uneven. One has three inches more than the other. I want them to take their *** dress back and give me my money back. Needless to say, they don’t want their *** dress back, and they want to keep my money. DO NOT BUY FROM TIDEBUY.COM! They need to be shut down! I wish I had seen all their awful reviews before I decided to purchase a wedding dress that looks nothing like the picture.
I ordered a dress in February for my son’s wedding in June. I ordered a size 12 US. When the dress arrived and I took it out of the package it looked gorgeous. When i tried it on the jacket was so small I couldn’t get one arm in it. The dress was so small that it was no where close to even zipping. I contacted Tidebuy and I had to measure different parts of the dress and send pictures of the measuring tape on the dress for them to determine the size of the dress.I sent pictures and I was told they needed more pictures. After sending more pictures I was told so sorry about my luck!. There was nothing they could do”. I ordered the wrong size’. I used the size chart to determine my size and it was no where near a size 12,. I took the dress to a local seamstress for her to measure:. She said the dress was a 6-8 and the jacket was like a zero”. I paid $ 179;.98 for the dress and went through all the trouble with pictures and emailing for them to tell me I ordered the wrong size.. Tidebuy is a rip off!! I don’t recommend anyone buying from them.

The dress i chose was advertised online from this site, the dresses i received that were meant to be the same were A FAKE!! Nothing like the dress advertised. They are very cheaply made and looking, just terrible!!
I have spoken to the company, who have refused to give me a full refund as requested. On their site details for refunds it states they will give a full refund if you are dis satisfied with the item. They wouldnt listen to me or believe that the dresses were not of quality even with pictures i took.
I then raised a claim with PAY PAL where i paid for the dresses, but they also rejected the refund! Clearly this company is a scam – i want my money back and want people to know that they are a scam and FAKE!!!!!
