After having ordered two items on SHEINSIDE.com I spent several days reading those rewiews on the Internet (I wish I did it earlier!!!)and, of course, I was pretty afraid.
I wrote to the customer service to obtain my tracking numbers: they were exact and the products arrived in a month, as I expected by checking my orders…Yeah I thought I had been very lucky until I saw my clothes. Just terrible, believe me. One of them was the wrong size, even if I checked very carefully for my size: that jacket doesn’t even fit my mom whos veeeeery tiny …The second one, a sweater, is nice (unique size):but is a printed sweater and the prints are horribly made and after a wash they’re already kaputt -.- I started writing to many fashion bloggers who wear clothes which were bought on SHEINSIDE, asking them if they could stop their collaboration (in change of lower prices for them) ’cause is a total SCAM. Avoid buying on it!

I bought a dress from this,the dress is magnificent. I’m about a size US 6/8 and got a Large. Fits very well. Its sooooo elegant, just pictured. Definitely have to save it for a special occasion.
Sheinside was taking forever to ship-which was not a surprise after finding out that they ship from China. When I finally got my clothes I was very disappointed. The material was absolutely disgusting, of poor quality, and not matching the description. One of my dresses looked like a halloween costume the material was so cheap. There were also no tags on the clothes, which is relatively sketchy to begin with. CS is also nonexistent AND they provide you with a fake tracking number.
In short, I waay overpaid for poor quality clothes. In my opinion, sheinside.com is a total scam.

I ordered my item from here on 06/28 and two weeks later I tracked my order and it stated that it was “SHIPPED” under my account. However, I never received. I used the tracking code provided and track the package on USPS.COM and the site says that the code in is valid.
I tried to contact CS via Live Chat but it never seem to work. I emailed them and no response!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Fake tracking number, slow and bad costumer service and worst of all – when the dress arrived, it was full of pee! The strongest smell i ever felt in my life.. they must have rats at their fabric! It is healt dangerous!!
I saw a beautiful dress on pinterest and bought the dress. Apparently I never received a confirmation mail even though the payment was taken immediately!
I contacted the customer service just after a couple of moments to cancel my order and I was assured that my order would be cancelled and money would be refunded.
However, the next day I get a mail that my item is shipped! What I am I supposed to do… Horrible customer service. Very disappointed. Would neither come back nor recommend anyone to buy from here.
STAY AWAY!!! I recently purchased the black hoodie belt waist open long coat as a gift for my sister. I selected this item after reading the description and return policy in detail. The description states the item is made of cotton which is what I was looking for. I purchased it and when my sister received the gift she was horrified. The item was clearly not made of cotton. It is polyester. A poor quality, cheap, and scratchy polyester which makes the garment impossible to wear comfortably. After looking through the packaging I noticed that there is no purchase order or identifying information provided with the shipping. With further inspection of the garment I also noticed there is not label with size, washing instructions, or fabric content. This is in violation of the Federal Trade Commission requirements of selling fabric garments within the US. I have filed a complaint with the FTC regarding their violation of the Textile and Wool Act and encourage everyone to do the same thing.
I received a dress I ordered a month ago. It does not fit. Sheinside’s web site states items can be returned. There is no information on how, or where to return this item. No one will email me or answer me on the chat-line. I have read many poor comments on this company since I began researching how to return this item. People need to be aware of this company.
Very good online store! I bought a dress here for my daughter which fits perfectly on her. I like it very much.
I want to say I really have a great time when shopping at sheinside. There are many lattest styles of dresses which I like so much. I bought a PU leather jacket last week, all my friends give me good comments. It is comfortable to wear and the customer service is also good.
I’ve ordered once from Sheinside. I believe I also used a discount code for up to 20%, but those are pretty easy to find.
I didn’t have any problems with ordering, shipping, or the items received. I only ordered two blouses, and I read the measurements and descriptions, so they sent me just what I expected. Thus, I never had to deal with CS, so I’m not sure if they’re bad or not.
The shipping time was probably ~2 weeks? I don’t quite remember because I’m used to waiting a while for my packages since most of my orders are from sites overseas. I live in the US btw.
Sheinside does have a lot of nice clothes, but personally I would buy if off of Romwe or wait until Romwe has it for sale. I’m only saying this because I’ve noticed the same item on both sites that was cheaper on Romwe – and they both have free shipping, so that doesn’t factor in. The sites pretty much use the same layout as well. Also I would recommend to buy items that you see styled on other people who’ve bought it so you know what it will actually look like. Generally you won’t be able to do this since a lot of the items don’t have any reviews and whatnot, but it helps.
i think if you have any problem, you can contact their customer service for soloving or ask for a replacement. i have order experience in their shop, the overall buying is satisfying. i think their products are pretty good.
The cheapest sweater I have ever seen! Horrible quality and the seams are barely sewn together. It is almost comical what a piece of junk this is!
Waited two days for confirmation email, a week for a fake tracking number, and over a month for the actual item. Sweater arrived with no tags, packaging, invoice, or company information.
Contact company via email (Chinese company with no phone number) 4 times asking for refund, no response back. Left negative review on another site and I received an email hours later asking me to review my bad rating in exchange for $10 off??? Email was very hard to understand as it had obviously been (very poorly) translated. I replied back that I wanted to return item and got no response back.

i was looking at sweaters on polyvore.com and saw a couple sweaters from sheinside that were super cute. There was a 20% off coupon from polyvore so i used that, also I noticed there were multiple deals going on.The website looked pretty legit so I ordered. I noticed where I live was spelled wrong but I ordered anyway. (Stupidly…) With many days later and rediculously bad customer service I should have known it was a scam and to have not ordered. I REPEAT, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! The customer service was AWFUL and I mean AWFUL. They talked like this,
“cn I hve ur order number plz?”
I asked for a refund they told me ok and I never got it.
This website needs to be shut down, do not order from this site.
