I ordered clothes from sammydress.com an online clothing store. I paid for expedited shipping which indicated 3 to 5 business days. My order came one month later.
The clothes I ordered looked absolutely nothing like what is on their website

Okay, since everyone seems to know sammydress and unsure about whether this site is reliable or not, I can tell you. The business is R E A L. Okay, so I ordered some sweaters at the end of august since I thought ‘Wow their products are really cheap and pretty’ but before I ordered, I looked at some reviews whether its safe to order or not. I mostly got VERY negative reviews and so little positive however despite that I ordered anyways cause I really really liked the clothes. But then they said the shipment would be in 3 days but because the products were out of stock it got delayed for 1 week and then I waited another week and it got shipped and I was really happy. And so my worries once again is whether the products will get here in the UK safely or not or whether the products are what I expect them to be. So, the site gave me my tracking number, but the tracking number wouldnt work and I got annoyed so I messaged them and they said that the system will be updated soon and so I waited another week to track but then I just gave up cause it just wouldn’t work. so I said ‘Lets be patience and hopefully the package will arrive’. And so basically, my package arrived today SAFELY and the products are pretty awesome I tell you. Its so cute and beautiful. LMAO. I literally run down to the post office and get it and so happy.:’)
SO BASICALLY THE ONLY BAD THING ABOUT THE BUSINESS IS THE SHIPPED TAKES ATLEAST 3-4 WEEKS. SO JUST BE PATIENCE. AND IM A LEGIT COSTUMER OKAY. I ATLEAST PAYED £30.00 FOR MY CLOTHES ABOUT $26 SOMETHING.
But seriously though, buy a something for a test to see if you like their products and not buy loads with lots of money worth. BUT BE PATIENCE WITH THE SHIPPING. K, THANKS.
I ordered 10 items from sammydress.com. The shipping came in 1 month after I placed the order. Shipping cost is expensive. All the clothing items were all wrinkled up being packed in a really small white envelope.
Two necklaces and 1 earring came in broken, but I managed to fix them myself and they are still usable. Out of the 10 items, there is only 1 item I really like, the others are either do not like so much of just ok. Overall quality of their clothing is not good (fabric is cheap, sewing quality is poor), sometimes the item does not look like the picture shown on their website. The pics are sometimes deceptive.
They sent me a wrong item (I ordered a long-sleeve top but they sent me the short-sleeve version). I email them. They said I have to send them the wrong item (reasonable) and I have to pay for the shipping (I disagree strongly because I am not the one who made the mistake, but why should I be the one who got penalised). They persuaded me to accept the $5 refund and keep the wrong item. I refused, I just want the correct item I ordered. The issue hasn’t been resolved yet.

WARNING!
Anyone who is considering shopping on Sammydress, I must warn you all not to. I am only saying this for your own good and because my shopping experience was a nightmare.
After seeing the website on google search engine and the amount of beautiful clothes they had for a ridiculously cheap prices I ordered up to around $300 worth of goods.
First problem was that the shoes I ordered was in the wrong size and they initially argued that Chinese shoes sizes are different to UK and European sizes even though they have a shoe size chart setting UK, EUR, and Chinese shoe sizes!
2. Some of my items was not delivered and when I chased the matter up with them, it was one excuse after another.
3. Some of the items they sent me were faulty, stones were missing from earrings, necklaces were broken. When I asked for replacements to be sent they suggested that I pay 60% toward the good as I could gift the existing faulty good to my friends!! Who would want faulty goods as a present??
4. They then agreed to send everything to me again if I pay 30% after 4 months of me complaining. I eventually agreed as I was sick of all the correspondence and I just wanted my goods.
I thought the whole ordeal was over and was patiently waiting for my parcel only to receive an e-mail 2 month after my last payment, which informed me that the items I initially ordered are now out of stock However, I could either order something else or get a refund. On the same day I received another e-mail confirming the amount I would be refunded but on 1 of the items they were only willing to refund 30% and another 60%. Again their argument was that I could gift them to others. I have asked for full refund but have yet to receive a response and this is still on going after my initial purchase 7 months ago!
The goods that I did receive are of poor quality, buttons are often loose and need re sewing. The stitching are poor and often loose or hanging off the clothing. Don’t get me started on the jewellery!
So please rethink before you buy anything from them.

COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF. I am so shocked. I was going to place a big order because they had great prices but decided to only order a dress and some heals for my vacation to first see how the company was. TERRIBLE. First off it took FOREVER to even get my items. When I did the box was smashes (not a biggy right?) Oh wait the shoes WRONG size not on my part. The dress OMG I wont even wear it. It is NOT the same dress in the pic at all. Completely different. Looked like a cheaply made halloween costume. Seriously I’m not exaggerating. The hems weren’t even the same length. The collar of the dress were different lengths on each side. and the back had a hole that was stitched with one piece of thread. OMG seriously? FIRST I called. NO one spoke English, as I’m trying to communicate they finally hung up on me. So I emailed SEVERAL times. NO RESPONSE. SO my husband attempted to call. Same issue, No one could help us. SO he emailed again, and again, and again. I even sent pictures of the horror. Out of all of our ATTEMPTS. I DID NOT get even 1 reply. Are you kidding me? I was literally RIPPED OFF. Not only did I not have a dress or shoes for my vacation but I was completely out over $50. Oh and it was suppose to be a plunging neck line take a look does that look like a plunging neck line? I also posted a pic of what the dress was suppose to look like. With pocka docks mine had none. This company is a SCAM and should be shut down IMMEDIATELY. I”D LOVE MY MONEY BACK IF ANY ONE KNOWS HOW TO GET THAT DONE?

I don’t get why people hate it so much.
I ordered some jewelry, it came about a month later, like I thought it would. The gloves I bought were good, but it was pretty misleading on the bow. It looks like it’ll send you all 5 or so, I got 1. Not bad prices, decent quality for the price, but of course, I didn’t buy any actual clothes.

Purchased a handbag, a blouse, a tee, and a necklace . . . so, a good assortment of their products. All products were CHEAPLY made. Something you might find in a “dollar store”. Yes, the prices were very low, but as the old saying goes, “you get what you paid for”. I would NEVER shop there again. Stick with USA!!!!

I had a bad experience with this company. I ordered before Thanksgiving for a Christmas delivery, I was assured it would come in time. It didn’t I just got the order on January 5th. Half of my order was not in stock. They don’t give you an invoice with your package so if you don’t print out your order form, like I didn’t you have no idea what wasn’t in stock or what it cost. The customer service is a joke they just keep telling you it’s on it’s way. and they give you some kind of tracking number that doesn’t work. It’s not worth the price, time. or quality of goods. The clothes came and were cheaply made and ready to fall apart, none of which looked like the pictures on the website. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this site.
