I ordered 2 products among which one was out of stock. The 1st arrived rather quickly (6/7 days) but the other one was much longer to arrive (35/40 days) and was finally delivered to me with another order crossed 10 days earlier.
Worried of not seeing arriving my orders, I exchanged by e-mail with Sally from New Chic which was of a big help, very reactive and reassuring. The received clothes are in accordance with my expectations. π

I ordered a dress from New chic for the first time. Was a totally roller coaster ride though.
Ordered approx a month ago and due to some pincode error the delivery got slightly delayed. During this one month period i must have contacted the customer service 10+ times and every time the team was responsive and answered my questions with a lot of patience.

It took 30 days to receive my shoes but, was worth the wait. I love them!! Perfect fit. Got a size larger cause that was recommended. .and they fit great!

The order had to be forwarded and USPS made a mess of it, but NewChic was very responsive and decided to resend another order. I was very happy with their handling of the situation. The original order shipped much faster than expected.

I ordered a backpack and I love it. It was out of stock but no more than two days. Every time I emailed someone about a question, it was answered immediately and accurately. Will definitely order from here again. Thanks NewChic.
Alot of the items on the site are really cheap which is great but do keep in mind they will get you for the shipping and i also recommend spending the extra I think it was $0.64 For tracking numbers but like I said you get what you pay for, I only ordered squishies… basically toys and out of the 3 I have received so far (still waiting for 2 more) only one was not what it was suppose to be, but I got in contact with them (linda) immediately and let them know that my item was not what it was they responded pretty fast and apologized and even gave me my money back on that item which was back in my account (paypal) within 24 hours and didn’t ask me to return it. Definitely recommend this website but only if you have alot if patience waiting for your packages because they are coming from China.
I ordered incorrectly, but they stuck with me and created a great solution.
It did take 2 weeks to find out that my order was out of stock, but response was fast and i got my money back as promised. So in general, it’s good and i may return to order something else some other time.
