I agree with the other reviewers. no phone # to research refund status, very disappointing. I do a lot of mail order because I live in a remote area that is a tourist destination for outdoor activities. I will not be shopping here in the future. Should have researched this Company prior to placing an order. Everyone should be aware that their charge companies have a legal department to protect them and will pursue litigation against unfair business practices
I returned a shirt on 10/30, sent my order number, and tracking number from UPS. No refund and no way to communicate. Very disappointing. Do not order from Modlily!
I’m having the same problem. I cannot find a phone number. No invoice or return instructions with my order. So frustrated I don’t know what to do next.
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Modlily. It took over a month to receive the items and they don’t fit. Can’t find any way to return the items and get a refund. No return slip or phone # or address included with the order. Will never order from Modlily again. Very dissappointed
I put a order in on sept 29 it finally went out like 10 days ago and it is October 31 which is the latest date it said it would be shipped! I needed this order to take on a trip with me and according to shipping info it still isn’t even close to where I live! No more ordering from modlily! So frustrated!
My money was accepted very quickly after placing my order, notice of shipping was received but after a month, but I still have not received my order. I tried to use the so-called tracing link, lead nowhere. Bogus tracking, no replies from Modlily.
Expensive lesson about online purchase. Have warned all my friends to steer clear of this terrible site. I will certainly never visit or use it again
Long shipping time. Of 3 items ordered, one was defective. Only one item had tags. Return process is very cumbersome. First time ordering from this vendor and last time.
I should have read the reviews plus the return policy. None of the clothes were quality that I ordered and the sizes were not standard to American sizes. They would not refund my money and would not giver me a return location to mail the items back. They told me that I could keep the mdse. and they would refund half of my money. DO not order from them.
I should have checked reviews before ordering. This company is terrible! I received my items in a timely fashion, but they are way too small. I can not contact anyone via phone. They give a California phone number but a machine picks up saying no one is available and to leave a message. I left several messages and called all hours of the day/night. The online system is a joke and says that my order doesn’t exist so I can’t file anything online. I tried the so called live chat and no response. No way to return an order! Total scam!
I am having the same trouble and can’t reach anyone. I have worked through PayPal which made the payment to see if I can get my dollars back.
I have the same problem. I bought 3 modilly dresses of which one fit…. I have been trying for 3 months to send back. I checked with the po.& was told it would cost me $23.00. Give me an address in the us. & I will send back but I am not sending it back to China. We have no way of knowing this is where the merchandise comes from & there is no paperwork whatsoever in the package,
Not good. Can’t find an address to return an order! The description said that the skirt had an elastic waist, it didn’t. And that the color was green. It is blue. Why say that we can return something if there is no address! Not fair. Don’t order from them! I’m not going to period.

I received my merchandise 8 weeks after I ordered it. Nothing fit. 4 sizes to small. tried to find out how to send it back. 2 week later I received an email. It was going to cost a small fortune to return it. Now I have cloths that don’t fit and I’m out $98.00. Modlily is a big rip off.
I received the top of the bathing suit it was the black and white stripe round neck top and i never receivd the bottoms in a large black. can you sent them to me.

Just received my swimsuit after…….A MONTH!!! But hey at least i got it. Ordered a Lg fits like a small. No place to find info on returns. No response from emails. Do Not Order from this company.
