A zero IRS off ordered 3 dresses 1 would fit a eight year old and had several flaws in the fabric one had a whole in it and the last one didn’t come for 30 days after the other 2 and had blad oil on it have tried since July 23 to return them and they get ,my emails but don’t get my pictures and won’t allow me to return them they should be shut down a Emily keeps emailing saying need pictures can’t see any in history and can’t do anything with out them than they offered me 12 dollars as a return after spending over 100 dollars DONT shop here
I am very angry at the way I have been treated by your company. I placed an order with you at the end of June for 2 dresses. I got my niece to use her Pay Pal account to make the payment of 40.10 as I do not have a PayPal account. The amount was taken out of her account by Berrylook and so far no dresses have arrived. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered anything. Waited way to long to get the items and then they were all the wrong size and not what I ordered. They refused to give me a refund but offered $20 instead. Long story short, I’m out $80 bucks. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM COMPANY. TRUST ME!!
Ordered items from this scam site 6/20. Have received 1 item out of 6. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS SCAMSITE EVER !!! They will send you random e mails giving you excuses. I have e mailed them many times only to be blocked. U will not receive a order # or receipt # . I had to cancel my credit card after i ordered through this scam site ,although they put it through right away. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE !!!
I placed on order on 7/26 for which they stated would be delivered between 5-12 days. They immediately took my $ but I have yet to receive the email that they have shipped so I contacted them on their website on 8/1/18, they responded 8/3/18 asking for 7-15 more days for a $5 cash coupon. I told them to cancel the order and then repeated that same information to them the next day which was 4 days ago but have not heard back. Contacted my back to dispute the amounts they charged. Will NEVER order from Berrylook.com again!

Spent £59.60 on dresses for a special event. Event came and went but no dresses. I cancelled the order as I no longer needed them. Still waiting for my refund. Been over 3 weeks for a refund to card that can be done in 24 hours. I am NEVER going to see my money again.

I purchased 3 cute looking blouses, 1 bracelet 1necklace and 1earring from the website. The bracelet fell apart when taken out of the cellophane bag, necklace was kinked, earring was bent, loafer order was cancelled by company. BEWARE! I ordered sizes of loose fitting tops 3 times larger. The tops were way too small. Seemed to be children sized with xl and 3XXL LABELS. But because they were on sale they do not accept returns for credit or refund. I am out the $71.68 which was charged to my cc before I received the goods. I emailed the company and got no reply. Although I was notified by email the they cancelled the loafer order they did not process a refund.
I should read this review site before purchasing their dresses … My BIG MISTAKE EVER … It’s been more than a month and 2 of my 4 order are still somewhere in the air. The one that came, they came in with the size I purchased but not as their description. They stated the dress in large size would be 134 cm long. Well the dress came in 9 cm shorter…. CHEATING …. Material looks and feels so cheap, worse than thrift shop. … DO NOT TRUST THEIR 5% off your first order advertising because it’d have never happened. Their excuse “Oooops, we could not process it the first time. We will apply the next time you order” …. who will be that stupid/silly to order the second time? You will just waste your money to bring TRASH into your house
I ordered in May 2018, and to this date all I was receiving are “Sorry, please wait 3 more days since May..? I bought 5 items, looked good and paid $55! My son bought for me and when he seen the company he said say goodbye to that $55…WEll, I hoped he was wrong BUT he is right…

I should have taken note of all the negative reviews – not received my goods although ordered on 7 June. Within seconds of paying for it I decided to cancel given the bad reviews but my money had already been taken. Avoid this company at all costs – don’t know why they haven’t been closed down by a governing organisation – complete scam set up!
This company is a scam! I ordered 2 blouses. I finally received them 1.5 months later with the size XL being really an XXS. Not to mention the quality of the paper thin material.
I paid them through PayPal and they guarantee you duds back if you do not receive your product which is probably the only reason they finally shipped the blouses which will promptly donate to Goodwill as it is too much hassle to return this product originating from China.
