Very reliable and customer oriented!
I’ve ordered a very minor item in the value of less than $1, but it got lost during shipment. I notified Banggood that I didn’t receive my order, but
frankly speaking, due to the very low value of the item ordered, I was doubtful that somebody will at all respond my note. Surprisingly, within a few hours I got a response in which I sensed the seriousness of this seller to take care of any problem raised by any buyer, regardless the value of the item to be supplied. After the exchange of a few verification emails, Banggood has resent the item by special delivery which eventually reached my mailbox, to my full satisfaction. Way to go Banggood!!!

I had a problem with a product that wasn’t working when I received it, but hopefully the Banggood staff helped me. I returned the product and they shipped me a new one.
So yes, an excellent customer service, it’s probably the best customer service you could find on a chinese website and it’s the first reason why I’m buying on Banggood.
(But I hope that they will maintain during time this quality customer service and I hope that they are understanding that this is also why people are buying on Banggood!!)

I ordered xiaomi 10400mAh powerbank from banggood but had something wrong with delivery. The item not send to my local office in times. I contacted to them for this problem and banggood resend me again for this item. Now I complete received this item. Thanks banggood for the good products with reasonable prices. I used to buy everything on ebay but found out in several occasions that if something goes wrong post sale you have no one to talk to and your money is lost.
This is why I prefer Banggood. They have a very good customer service responding even month after the delivery. You can easily add tracking to your order in a reasonable price (on ebay tracking was not always offered and packages do get lost lately). Prices are OK, not equal to the lowest on ebay but still very cheap. At least for the quad copters I found Banggood to have the best prices compared to ebay at least (didn’t check other sites)
What can I say? I am very pleased with this shop and the fact that I discovered it. The products and their prices are great, the delivery is very fast and the customer service is very friendly and helpful.

I always shop at Banggood because they have some pretty good items, and deals there, especially if you can build up your points. You get points when you buy things.
If you have to return something, just make sure you have some kind of video camera to send them a video, because this is what they *like*, and will ask for.
