I’m very much and often buy on Banggood.com.
This product comes packed quickly and accurately.
But sometimes there are failures of the fault-mail – stripped package and custom package returned back. I immediately returned the money within 3 days. I love this store and I’ll be back to buy. Support service at the height – works perfectly and always answers your questions

I always shop at Banggood because they have some pretty good items, and deals there, especially if you can build up your points. You get points when you buy things.
If you have to return something, just make sure you have some kind of video camera to send them a video, because this is what they *like*, and will ask for.
Great shop I only can recoment !!!!!! Perfect products with very good quality and in case or issues the customer service is very helpful and responsive. I had a lost shippment and a broken product and both cases the customer service resolved the isssue to my very sattisfaction..

Had me changing the packaging so as not to damage the goods. However, there was color box of the original sales also wanted.

My first order from Banggood had actually came with one of the parts defective on it. I took a video of the item showing BangGood what was wrong. They sent me a replacement part for this item. After that I have continued to order from them more and most my orders have been okay with the exception of two that I am waiting to get resolved. One Banggood has taken care of, and the other we will have to get on it soon. Other then that I think Banggood really does care about its customers and is willing to help them out and resolve matters that may arise with products arriving damaged or other matters such as shipping issues as well.
I left a wrong address and contacted their customer service to correct it. The customer service is very responsive and friendly. Very appreciated. I will not hesitate to buy something from them next time.
Product is of high quality. Delivery time was good for something from China. Took 17 days ( I live in Canada ). After sale service is excellent.
Very good suppurt. After making a vid or a pic of the issue the item was refunded or shipped again.
