I have done several orders prior to this, all my orders was shipped promply and were in good condition except for this particular order. It took almost a month and the item was damaged probably due to mishandling. I immediately took photos and sent them to Banggood customer service. They have replied immediately and sent me a new one on the same day. Great after sales service. I highly recommend Banggood, surely one of the best online store.

Today is my order number 109 since 8 month and i think that store banggood have one of the best costumer service of the most of the china store. when you buy with free shipping it take 12 to 22 days to the france and if you pay extra you have it faster and but if you have defective item or you don’t receive the item banggood refund you or ship it again HONEST store not like athers…
