I was used to buy items from Banggood and I never had one problem. This first I had was during the month on June 2015 because my order did’nt arrive. So I decided to mail the customer service. I have to say that the women from the customer I had was very kind and effective. After a few mails, it was decided that I will get a refund, which I had the day after the agreement. So I have to say that the customer service of Banggood is very good and effective.

Received 5 without anytrouble, everithing ran as expected, but one of them never arrived…
OK, my first thought was, here I have a trouble…
But I was wrong, the Banggod support, solve the problem quickly, by send me the refund in a week.
Even with me telling them, that I will buy the items locally, due to the lack of time to finish the quadcopter.

Shopped at Banggood 29 times since last September and they’ve never let me down!
“I have shopped from Banggood on numerous occasions in the past year, spending what for me, has been quite a lot of money!
They have never let me down – delivery has always been well within the specified time frames (I find it worthwhile to pay the little extra for ‘registered’ delivery), and items always arrive well packaged.
I’m one of those annoying people who always ask lots of questions by email, but Banggood reply almost always within 24 hours and are polite and helpful.
Out of the 29 (!) orders I have made with them since September 2014, only 1 arrived with the incorrect version of the item (the item had a different firmware/bootloader to the one I requested). Banggood apologised, promptly refunded me and allowed me to keep the item too! Hence, absolutely no complaints from me!
I will continue to use Banggood for their excellent prices, variety of items, expertise and advice when asked about specialist items and service in general.

after more than three years as a customer, and more than 200 orders, recently I had the first impact: the item did not arrive. Finally it agreed in turn send a new item, with my personal commitment to further pay it if the first article may come in the future. Bravo for them: this is a good service.
great service, fast response and the best price I found
Smart watch did not work as intended, and after service department did not find any solution, a new one was shipped to me. This works very well and I is therefore pleased with the solution. Slightly disappointed over the time it took before service department answered in the first part, and transit time was perceived as too long and that the tracking did not work as expected was disappointing.. (packages shipped by Swedish mail)
