I ordered a smartwatch (RWATCH M26S) which I received 12 days later but I wasn’t able to use it with my iPhone (bluetooth disconnects after a few seconds). I contacted their after sales and they were helpfull to resolve my issue. They resend a new watch and that one worked prefectly with my iPhone. Thanks Banggood for the very good service!

Excellent communications. Had problem with order, was dispatched within a couple of days but never arrived. Emailed them and quick response, couple of emails and then they offered resend or refund. Chose refund and completed within another day.

I bought swashplate for WLToys V931 helicopter – according of info of producer, but delivered item was for WLToys V930 (probably). Banggood was refund order, and also resend (free) swashplate for V931. Thanks Banggood !
