My first purchase from Banggood was olight flashlight. Price was the cheapest and I gave it a try. To my surprise, shipping was processed very fast. It’s quite rare. I kept on purchasing from banggood and shipping and price are consistently great. Customer service is also relatively good.
Only my suggestion to banggood is to care about safe packaging.

First of all the arrived package was empty and broken. After contact with customer service, the product was re-shipped quckly and without any additional cost or tax. I’m very satisfied for the service. I’ll shop again surely!
I am the loyal Banggod customer for more than a year with 40+ orders history. This is not the only internet sale point where I am shopping but there are several Banggood’s distinctive features – quality, price, support. I do like the overall goods quality, most of times there are just no problems (if you do read the good description before ordering). You get what you order. Prices for the electronic components (mine hobby is DIY) are attractive and Banggood provide the packs of similar items for even lower prices (those “5x”, “10x” etc). On support – you know, when you order something at distance, there are moments when you get damaged, broken goods (by the way, dear Banggood friends, could you adopt Buyin… experience on excess bubble film packing?). All you need is to send e-mail to Banggood support providing additional info (photos, video) – and the issue is resolved most of the times in customer’s favor. For more than a year I just had no reasons to resolve the conflict by PayPal, there were no conflicts. And to be short – thank you for your business!
This company screwed up my address on two orders I ordered at the same time, and then refused to track or find or refund. The result? I am out monies I spent. I wouldn’t recommend this group of incompetent scammers for anything. Save your money. Buy elsewhere.

For the order 6758622, the item SKU234621(less than $25) is battery item and only can be sent separately via standard mail from China Warehouse. The parcel from China warehouse will be sent without track number if the order is less than $25.
For the items SKU232164 and SKU186314 in order 6758621, it was sent out on 14th June from USA warehouse and the shipping details are stated below,

Great service, and free shipping! 🙂 I buy frequently from Banggood. They provide free shipping for every order I placed. I reccomend buying from Banggood to anyone because they sell almost anything and are cheap.
At first, I had a problem with the item when it arrived. The gimbal was bent upon arrival due to bad packaging or shipping. However, I’ve contacted Banggood customer service and they were very patient and helpful. They gave me a full refund. This shows that that really lived up to their refund policy although the item is defective when arrived which is not entirely their fault.
My order was filled with the wrong item. By the time I finally contacted them about an exchange, the item was discontinued but they offered and applied a full refund – no questions asked.
