Very trustworthy company, received a broken tablet but they agreed to replace. Have ordered multiple items and their prices, at the time of this review, are always rock bottom as well.
I have many orders at banggood.com , and they arived always good and safe,no brocken products or similar . Only some times cause the daogana they arive 1-2 weeks late . If the products has problems to arive,you can contact the customer services ,they speack good english and they will help you.
Good prices but I have mixed feelings about the delivery and the customer service
I paid a little more to get this order from the UK warehouse to get it quickly. Nevertheless, I received the order with the double of time that is fixed in the delivery table.Talking about the customer service I give them a 10. They always replied the emails and tried to give me a solution.

I can only recommend Banggood.com as my second home command arrived on time, even see a little ahead, and package without any damage, BRAVO continue to be as pro.
My order was lost and i was refunded the full amount. I placed the same order with a better delivery option and now waiting for it to arrive. Customer service was great!
After having ordered many items, with good price and quality, I had a little problem with a new one when I received: they immediately answered, admitted the error, and solved the situation. This is different from other similar vendors, and gives to the customer “something more”
I received an electronic item which was not functioning at all. Banggood promptly replaced with a new one (this time working fine), without any additional trouble on my side. I didn’t have to bother returning the broken item, just had to wait for the new one. Great service, even when things don’t go right in the first place, Banggood is able to satisfy the clients.

il sito è chiaro, il personale è disponibile e risponde tempestivamente alle mail, i prezzi sono economici e non si pagano le spese di spedizione, sono molto competitivi :D. mi dispiace solo che magari ci sono da migliorare i tempi di spedizione e il tracciamento ma è vivamente consigliato 😀 compro spesso e nn ho avuto problemi :).
