I ordered some parts for my helicopter from Banggood.com and to be honest I am very positively surprised how nice their support is. I first ordered one item that was not in stock, but their chat support easily helped me to switch the item with another one of my choosing. Everything went seamlessly.

– (super rápido) Al producto me lo enviaron al día siguiente de la compra.
– (muy profesionales) A las consultas que he realizado me han respondido muy rápido y de forma amable.
– (muy cuidado el embalaje) He recibido el mismo producto que compré y en excelente estado.
– (excelentes precios) Siempre hay cupones disponibles, así que sea cual sea el precio, siempre vamos a comprar por menor valor.

I am very happy for my purchase, I have ordered a camera and I have received safe and well packaged.The product it is perfect. Works perfectly and it is an excellent product. The quality and the price are very good. The Customer Service is excellent. Banggood has always answered my questions very fast and professional. I would recommend it.
I recently ordered an item but missed where I needed to select a power plug for my country. The one I ordered would not work where I live. Even though it was my error, Banggood’s Customer Service folks were very helpful and sent me the correct power plug at no charge!

I have ordered Powerbank from there, there were some problems with mail, but Banggood send it to me another time. My item has arrived just fine and its working, so I have no complains. I recently purchased an fpv camera+video transmitter set from banggood (among other things). I live in Europe so i decided to buy it from UK warehouse. Unfortunately after 2 weeks the package didnt arrive. I contacted with Banggood support and the next business day they answered. They kindly told me that due to bad weather in UK there might be some delay. Of course items have usuall arrival periods but also many times happen to get late due to various facts (weather,customs etc). So i waited one more week as told and contacted with local post office to ensure that the package wasnt there. The item finally didnt arrive so i send a new mail about that. The same BG stuff answered and asked me immediately to get a refund or resend the item. I prefered a resend and BOOM. After 1 week the item is here. Yes, it took one month but now without any extra cost and after a very kind email conversation i got the support that a client should have.Problems may appear everywhere. Its how easy you can solve them and BG didnt fail at all about solving it.
So, because i was treated as every client should, from BGs support, i will definetly continue to buy (as i have already did) from Banggood, as i am sure that they will support me!
PS: I would like to say a thank you to miss L. in BG support team that helped me encounter the above problem easily and professionaly.
