Not only do you get real low prices but excellent customer service. I recently purchased an Ecig that had a premature battery failure and Banggood without hesitation replaced the faulty product. Great company to do business from.

As far as my experience with Banggood is concerned, i can say that is a good one. The service is organised and the customer service is excellent. When i have some problems with an order, the responsible guide me until it’s resolved. There are some trouble while shipping some countries but in general I am very satisfied with the service and happy to deal with Banggood 🙂

When communication with Banggoods customer service staff they acted to the highest professional standards, questions were answered fast and courteously.
