I like shopping in Banggood, the site has a lot of an amazing things with a low cast

I had recently purchased a V666 quadcopter from banggood, and a couple of issues occurred which needed diagnoses and repair. I emailed support and they were very quick to answer my email and help with the problem. After further investigation, replacement parts were immediately

Have used Bangood for many years and still a customer. Of the few issue I have had,all have been sorted out quickly with great comminication and another item posted out. Linda is a vey professional lady to deal with,mailed a video to show fault and new light to be sent out. I use them and will continue to because of their professionalism . Low prices most of the time, excellent customer support (I received a refund in 2 cases of lost goods and a replacement in 1 case of damaged item after i sent a few photos).
The only problem (as with all China-based shops) is that free shipment means about 1 month until delivery and not always a tracking code listed on the site (you have to ask customer service for it).
I will definitely buy from them again.
I ordered the Syma X5C quadcopter to start practicing to fly quadcopters before I get a bigger and expensive one. The online ordering was smooth. It took a little for the shipment to arrive (nothing out of the ordinary though) and customer service was very nice and they followed up until my shipment arrived. The X5C quadcopter is an awesome little quadcopter to practice with. It’s a lightweight quadcopter so it doesn’t fight wind very well, but I find this also a good challenge to practice my skills. Good thing is that it’s lightweight enough so that when you crash, it doesn’t do any damage, I even crashed it to my neighbors window and they didn’t even notice. Overall very happy with my purchase and the service. I have been a banggood customer for a while now, and still will be.
I have ordered a smart watch from banggod and I have recieved it quickly they sell a very high quality product they have a helpful live chat support…….. I have order others product (quadcopter) and I haven’t recieved it and they have refund me after 40 days of shipping I really like this company because it the best to do some shopping online
I have ordered from Banggood.com after reading a lot of good reviews on our forums in Romania, a lot of people were pleased with the products, the way they were packed, the customer service.
I checked the website and I loved it: very organized, very good explanations of the products, with lots of good quality pictures of the products, which is a big plus, you can see what you are buying.
So I have decided to place an order and see what happens.
I have reveived my packages in 3-4 weeks, from China to Romania, at no shipping cost. The products were tightly packed, no damage, nothing broken. They were EXACTELY like in the pictures: colour, size, nomber.
I am very satisfied with them, I am definitely going to order more stuff from them.
And of course: the prices are so low comparing to European countries, it’s ridiculous!
