Banggood.com has been an awesome website I have been using to purchase many of my Quadcopters/Drones. I have received all my items within a timely matter and in perfect condition. I was recently flying one of my Drones in front of my house which I previously bought Couple weeks prior from banggood. The quad malfunctioned and kept flying off into the distance. No where to be found. I contacted customer service, advised them of the situation, and banggood refunded my money back to my PayPal account. I just now put in my new order for a new Quadcopter from them… That is fantastic customers service! They went above and beyond! Thanks Banggood!
I never heard of this company before i ordered my Ocarina. I was pleased with the price and the customer support.
Having had a problem with my order I contacted the Bang good team who asked for a video of the fault. Having diagnosed the fault a replacement item was sent immediately. Excellent service.
After 42 orders of different things to BangGood at full satisfaction, I received a faulty LED bulb. I communicated the problem to their customer service and I got kind answer in a few hours. They are sending promptly a new bulb. Even more: they proposed to send me freely a much more expensive bulb!

I have been shooping online for the past 3 years , i tried DX, Ebay, tinydeal, tmart, dinodirect and many more.

Placed two orders with BangGood so far, using the EU site. One arrived very quickly (less than 4 days through Royal Mail), the 2nd one took a bit longer due to a holiday period (with Sweden Post). I’ve contacted the service center for this problem and they answered in less than 24 hours, but the package arrived in the evening of the same day.
Both orders arrived extremely well packaged, everything was in working order, no problems.
The product catalogue seems to be smaller than other sites, but it consists of better quality items than what the usual chinese sellers offer.
Prices are a bit higher than ordering directly from China, but you don’t have to deal with shipping times (which sometimes exceed one month) and customs/taxes. Very happy with the service, will place more orders with BangGood.

BangGood have a good collection of items and at amazing price and free shipping too. Although the free shipping takes long 25-30 days but its worth the wait.

I have shopped on Banggood.com for some time now (2 or 3 years it seems). And, I have always received great service. However, on my order of a V911 helicopter, I had a problem with the helicopter. I made Banggood aware of the problem.
They offered some advice as to solve the problem. When these things did not solve the problem. We agreed on a solution that was very fovorable for both parties.
I must say that I would recommend Banggood.com to anyone and everyone . . . they are the tops.
