Ordered a Cheerson CX-10 from Banggood. It arrived prompted in good condition. I am so pleased with this little quadcopter! I ordered a ton of extra propellers for it already, and my friends are all buying them too now. 😀
“I placed my first order on 2014 and until now there’re more than 40 orders that have been placed from Banggood. As far as I have experienced with them I could summarize their advantages when compare to other online sellers as the following. (1) Discount coupons (5% off for first submission, 10% off for app installed on your smartphone and other promotional codes announced). (2) Points collection (every buck you paid will be transferred to points collected which can be later exchange to discount at the cart checkout). (3) Customer service (there’s a live chat available for you to talk with their staff in real time, this can save a lot of time despite corresponding on emails). (4) You pay just about $1 to get a Registered air parcel, this is very useful to trace your shipment status online instead of waiting with hope (or sometimes hopeless). (5) In some cases, when your received products those are out of order/damaged due to their internal process faults, resend or refund will be compensated. All these advantages, I have never found from other online shopping like eBay probably there are available but I don’t know or yet have experienced with.
I had a problem with a product (it was faulty) and they offered me a refund or a resend of the same product for free. Amazing.
I’ve been using Banggood for about a year now and would have to say I’m very happy. I’m a veteran of Chinese online purchases and have had some very mixed experiences, especially with Aliexpress. However, Banggood has been excellent. Firstly, I have not been disappointed with anything I’ve ordered – the items closely match their descriptions and the quality to price ratio is good. Secondly, prices are generally very competitive relative to other Chinese websites ie. I’ve frequently compared and Banggood are generally lowest for the items I’ve bought. There is also a very good selection of items, especially electronics & components and it seems to be a site focussed on reasonable & obviously Chinese-brand items, rather than fakes. I’ve also had to contact customer service over minor issues and had a fairly quick response from a real & helpful person. Are there any disadvantages? Well, although items are well packaged, you have to be patient with shipping. I’m in Ireland and the free option generally takes not much less than 5 weeks to arrive, although nothing has been lost either. However, overall, I’m a fan and will continue to shop on Banggood.
The item is well made and is as described. Customer service is great as well. I have placed many orders with banggood and have had a great experience buying from them.

I first ordered small bag to replace my daily beater and was intrigued by the cheap electronics. I went for the Teclast X98 which has the same screen as an iPad Air 2, but runs Windows and Android. The product was solid and half the price of something comparable state-side. I would, however, recommend paying for expedited shipping. The free shipping can take a month, but I have to admit the website was forthright about the length of time. Their customer service was great, btw, and they followed-up even when they didn’t need to.

Tip for consumers: If buying clothing, check your measurements carefully. The sizing is very small!
Great site ! They are improving from day to day everything. Waiting time until the delivery become shorter and shorter. Quality of the packagge is also good enough, even sometimes the packagge is broken and some goods are damaged during the transport. But they are resending the damagged goods and they are very serious. Not to mention the very good price !
