Leur SAV est excellent, sur la centaine que j’ai commandé j’ai reçu 1 produits (Naze32) avec un défaut, ils me l’ont remboursé aussitôt.

I’ve ordered twice from Banggood.com already. First order arrived without any issue. However, 2nd order came but they shipped me the wrong model. Contacted their customer service and got a response right away. Great job! After a few email exchange, they decided to ship me a replacement for “FREE”. That was unexpected and the replacement just arrived few days ago in perfect condition. Couldn’t ask for anything else. Awesome job customer service. I highly recommend this site and buy with confident.
“I was very pleased that the bag I ordered arrived early and it is exactly as depicted on the web site. However when I checked it the studs will not close the bag as they are more than 1″ out of alignment and the handles are crooked. I sent Serena a photo and told her about this 5 days ago and I have not even had a reply from her. They do not seem to be a trustworthy company to deal with as they have not replied to a dissatisfied customer – I have bought from them before this but never again.”
