After purchasing an electric unicycle scooter i got a problem with the battery. I wrote to the customer care and after 20 days I receive another one for free. Now the electric unicycle works wonders. Seriuos congratulations for the great Banggood service

Franchement le site a de très bon prix, mais si vous recevez un appareil défectueux comme moi une tablette, la sa devient le parcours du combattant pour se faire changer l’appareil et encore si vous y arriver.
Depuis 2 semaines je me bat pour leur expliquer le problème et on m’envoie d’un coté et de l’autre et pour l’instant je n’ai toujours aucune réponse.

Very good product, good seller meets the delivery, highly recommended seller, good return policy.
Banggood’s customer service is really good, I can say they are the best customer service (online) I have seen so far.If you ever received a bad stuff, just give them some proof, they will send you a new one or refund right away. Highly recommended.

i recently made my first purchase from this site. i bought a quadcopter and a pack of spare batteries. the batteries never arrived, so i mailed them and they sent me a new pack free of charge. i have to say that the support and communications were excellent. i highly recommend this site!

In general i’m satisfied with the 3 purchases that i have till now…except 1 order that was delayed too much, but has to do with the Christmas holidays and the heavy traffic customs i think.
Their customer support service is one of the best that i met…i had a problem with a remote control and they accepted to replace it for free. Also, everytime i need to ask something, i always have a reply in max 2 days.
