I bought a Mobius at Banggood and I had made a wrong order and contatcted Banggood the next day and they where very helpful to make the change for me.
after arriving of the Mobius camera (9)day’s I discoverd immediatly that the camera was not working properly.
So I contacted Banggood and after a few day’s and trying different setups they advise me they will sent me a new camera.
So they did and i received a new camera and this works fine.
The ladies Tiny(nickname),Cody,Serene did an excellent job and where always willing to help me.
I was always afraid of doing bussines with Chinese webshops because of communication problems, but all the girls I have contact with are polite and write perfect English and respond immediatly. take notice of the time table difference of 8hours. When they are at work Europe is sleeping. So response will be the next day in your mailbox.
I also discover that BangGood has genuine products and that can not be said from other Chinese webshops.
So I purchased a powerbank from LightintheBox and they sent me a fake product I discover afterwards.
But BangGood I can recommend as good
