At the end of last year I bought a ussed micro heli. No quarantee of course. Unfortunatly fell down an electronic board after a few flights. I order the missing element in the Banggood. Mr.Rain patiently, and carefully asked about series number order number and so on, wanting to be sure to sent me the matching part. Temporary the board run out of stoc. Finally I got my electronic board about 10 days after last correspondence.
Very good shop – fast delivery and quick problem solving – I did buy Syma X5C-1 RC quadcopter – I have got it after 7 days – very quickly. (to EU Lithuania) with no any extra charges. Quad was flying perfect, but the camera was defective. And this problem was solved very fast – Banggood team asked me to send short video to identify problem, after that a new spare camera was sent to me immediately. Stanislovas Lithuania

I ordered several times from banggood, and wow what a service. If something is wrong, they don’t hesitate to resend you something or refund something. They really try to make you a customer that will come back, and they do that very successful.
BangGood is one of the best online stores I’ve ever dealt with. Their products are slightly late, but that is to be expected when you live in the USA and you order from a CN warehouse, so no complaint there. The products I’ve ordered have always been of good quality and have never been damaged. The one time I had a product go wrong (one of my quadcopters) they responded to customer support within 16 hours and said they would replace the broken part. I would totally recommend shopping from here.
